Senior Accountant Perfect Technical and Landscaping LLC

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant with a strong background in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial reporting, budgeting, accounts reconciliation, project accounting, and compliance activities while ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and accounting standards. Candidates with professional accounting certifications and UAE construction sector experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.

• Monitor project accounting activities including project costs, revenue recognition, variations, and subcontractor payments.

• Review and reconcile project budgets, expenses, and cost allocations.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, VAT regulations, and company financial policies.

• Coordinate with auditors, banks, consultants, and government authorities when required.

• Prepare cash flow forecasts, budgeting reports, and financial analysis for management.

• Monitor payroll accounting, supplier payments, and contract-related financial transactions.

• Support internal and external audit activities and ensure proper documentation.

• Maintain fixed asset registers and oversee depreciation schedules.

• Assist management with financial planning, risk assessment, and process improvements.

• Supervise junior accounting staff and ensure timely completion of accounting tasks.
