Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate financial statements in compliance with GAAP to ensure transparency and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
- Lead the month-end close process, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded accurately and on time to maintain operational efficiency.
- Conduct detailed variance analysis, identifying trends and discrepancies, and presenting actionable recommendations to management for improved financial performance.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including timely invoicing and follow-up for collections, to optimize cash flow and minimize outstanding debts.
- Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations to mitigate financial risks.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience Strong experience in Oracle ERP Proven expertise in managing the Accounts Payable (AP) cycle end-to-end Ability to independently manage accounting processes and ensure compliance and accuracy
