Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee and manage all inventory accounting operations, ensuring accurate and timely recording of inventory transactions.

  • Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular reconciliations, and investigate discrepancies to maintain data integrity.
  • Develop and implement inventory control procedures to optimize stock management and minimize losses.
  • Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure seamless inventory flow and proper documentation.
  • Prepare and analyze inventory reports, providing actionable insights to management for decision-making.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes by ensuring all inventory-related entries are accurately reflected in financial statements.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements in inventory and accounting workflows and recommend best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and relevant regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in accounting.

  • 7 years of experience at least in inventory management and accounting roles .
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control principles, accounting standards, and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and inventory management systems.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities.
  • Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational issues.
