Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts within the health, pharmaceutical, and wellness sectors.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with timely and effective solutions.

Develop and implement account strategies to maximize client satisfaction and retention.

Collaborate with internal teams including sales, marketing, and product development to deliver tailored solutions.

Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and drive upselling and cross-selling initiatives.

Prepare and present regular account reviews, performance reports, and strategic recommendations to clients.

Resolve client issues and complaints promptly, maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service.

Ensure all account activities comply with relevant industry regulations and company standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, preferably within the health, pharmaceutical, or medical supplies industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven track record of building lasting client relationships.
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights for clients.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
