Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Prepare detailed annual review reports for each company within the group, including overseas subsidiaries when applicable.

Conduct comprehensive documentary examinations of all annual financial transactions in accordance with applicable international auditing standards for both local and overseas operations.

Ensure the accuracy of accounting classifications and financial information, and support the finance management team in applying appropriate accounting treatments in line with international accounting standards across all jurisdictions.

Review and verify pricing and costing methodologies for each project, including overseas projects, and assess the systems used for inventory valuation and monitoring.

Evaluate compliance with financial policies for each project local or overseas and verify project completion rates individually.

Ensure that the internal control system is correctly implemented across all financial operations, including overseas branches or entities.

Confirm the accuracy of accounting data and its alignment with the classification and presentation requirements of international financial reporting standards across all operating regions.

Assess the reliability of the accounting systems used locally and overseas, ensuring that the financial information produced accurately reflects the company s consolidated financial position.

Ensure the proper implementation of inventory and asset control procedures for both domestic and overseas operations.

Ensure that financial policies and safeguards are in place to protect the company from fraud, prevent errors, and close gaps that may expose the company locally or overseas to financial risks or losses.

  • Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years and up to 7 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a fast-paced or international environment.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations (GAAP, IFRS, etc.).
  • Proven experience with financial statement preparation and analysis.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work on-site in an office environment.
