Automotive Distribution & Marketing Company Ltd

Key Responsibilities:

Payables Management:

• Process processing of Sadad payments
• Manage petty cash reimbursements and validation and reconciliation
• Validate and process employee claims (business trips, medical tests, visa/renewals, etc.)
• Handle supplier payments (security services, outsourcing, IT, projects, insurance, consumables, etc.)
• Ensure all payments are properly approved and documented
• Coordinate with procurement and operations teams for invoice matching and payment prioritization
• Monitor and reconcile accounts payable ledger regularly
• Supplier account creation and management

Fixed Assets Management:

• Monthly capitalization of newly acquired fixed assets
• Process asset disposals and transfers as requested
• Monthly depreciation postings in line with accounting standards
• Assist in closing fixed assets period and reporting

Compliance & Reporting:

• Ensure compliance with VAT, ZATCA regulations, and internal financial controls
• Preparation of monthly VAT and WHT returns
• Support audit requirements by preparing accurate documentation
• Assist in period-end closing and related reporting
• Monthly stock counts (Vehicles and spare parts)
• Other Adhoc tasks as and when needed as per the line manager instructions

Requirements for Senior Accountant positions:

• Bachelor s degree / Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
• SOCPA is must
• Minimum 3 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the automotive or retail sector
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable, VAT regulation, fixed asset lifecycle, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.)
• Excellent MS Excel and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and time management skills
• Proficiency in English and Arabic preferred
