Job Description:

Position Summary:

To perform daily accounting operations and activities (invoices, POs, AP, AR , payroll) in accordance with accounting principles and standards in order to have a full and accurate statement of its financial position and to ensure that Rolaco complies with all relevant regulations, laws, and reporting requirements..

Responsibilities:

• Accounting Management:

Reconcile accounts, and maintain a complete and accurate general ledger in accordance with accounting principles and reporting schedules. Enter all transaction activities into the system (e.g. suppliers details, invoices payment terms and conditions, payroll voucher) and asset Chief accountant in supervising suppliers payment schedules and salaries payment. Review invoices entries in the system to proceed with accounting transactions and prepares reconciliation checks Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements and in sure the compare with Rolacos Financial Manual Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions..

• Reporting:

Consolidate, and draft monthly, quarterly and annual accounting reports for Rolacos business units and submit to senior accountant for review and feedback. These reports may include profit and loss statements, balance sheets, depreciation

statements, Customer & Supplier statement, regulatory reports and filings. Prepare financial statement breakdown report on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis and submit to supervisor for review and input.

• Learning and Development:

Keep abreast of any changes in accounting guidelines or principles. Take proactive responsibility for self-improvement by staying well informed of developments, knowledge and innovation in relevant field of expertise. Perform other duties as directed by supervisor or other superiors. Further develop expertise through off the job training activities and involvement in more complex tasks and projects.

Qualifications:

Knowledge andExperience A minimum of 3 years experience in accounting Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and programs

Educationand Certifications Bachelors Degree in Accounting
