Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join in JEDDAH. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, Costing , maintaining accurate bookkeeping records, and ensuring full compliance with Saudi Arabian tax regulations.


Candidate must possess a strong understanding of accounting principles, expert in Tally Accounting system and have hands-on experience with VAT filing within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Book keeping & Financial Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.


  1. Shipment costing & deriving landed cost calculations.


  1. VAT Compliance: Manage the entire VAT lifecycle, including the preparation and accurate filing of monthly/quarterly VAT returns in accordance with ZATCA requirements.


  1. Financial Statements: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Cash Flow).


  1. Day-to-Day Accounting: Process invoices, manage expense reports, and monitor daily transactions to ensure financial integrity.


  2. Audit Support: Provide necessary documentation and support for internal and external audits.


  3. Stock Control: Inventory/stock reconciliation with the yard.


  4. Coordinating with the Sales for receivables and , logistics team for inventory to ensure internal operations runs smoothly appropriately

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Qualifications:

  1. Experience: 5–10 years of total experience in Import/Wholesale Trading co.


  2. Excellent in Tally + Excel proficiency.


  3. Strong costing & operational finance exposure.


  4. Saudi Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional accounting experience working within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.


  5. VAT Expertise:Thorough knowledge of Saudi VAT laws, filing procedures, and ZATCA compliance.


  6. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting


  7. Communication:English & proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable.
