Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


  • Handle end-to-end accounting functions, including journal entries, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, inventory and reconciliations.

  • Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.

  • Prepare financial statements and reports.

  • Ensure compliance with VAT and ZATCA regulations.

  • Handle VAT filing and reconciliation.

  • Perform bank and account reconciliations.

  • Coordinate with auditors and support audit processes.

  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

  • Support payroll and statutory reporting as required.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

  • Male, Arabic nationality (mandatory).

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in KSA, preferably within a trading company.

  • Strong knowledge of VAT, ZATCA regulations, and local compliance requirements.

  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., MS Dynamics, SAP, or similar).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.

  • High level of attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
