SENIOR ACCOUNTANT (M/F) Genta Group

Our client, a growing organization operating in property management and events, is looking for a Senior Accountant to join their team in Saudi Arabia.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Odoo Accounting, solid experience in VAT compliance (KSA), and the ability to manage end-to-end accounting operations:

• Record all financial transactions (revenues & expenses) in Odoo.

• Manage Accounts Receivable & Payable (rent, services, suppliers, events).

• Issue E-invoices, perform bank reconciliations, and monitor collections.

• Handle property accounting: rental income, service fees, expenses, and financial reporting (costs, profitability, budgets).

• Analyze property performance.

• Manage event accounting: cost tracking (vendors, logistics, catering), revenue recording, profitability analysis, and post-event reporting .

• Ensure full VAT compliance (15%), including VAT returns in line with Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) and E-Invoicing (FATOORA) requirements.

• Manage tax audits and documentation.

• Prepare monthly & annual financial statements and perform closing (monthly & year-end) in Odoo.

• Provide financial analysis, insights, and support budgeting & forecasting.

• Manage and optimize Odoo Accounting system (taxes, workflows, reporting, data accuracy).
