Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Accounts Receivable team, ensuring accurate and timely invoice processing and payment application.
• Develop and implement robust credit policies and procedures to minimize bad debt and optimize cash flow performance.
• Proactively manage and resolve complex customer disputes, negotiating payment plans and settlements when necessary.
• Oversee the monthly closing process for accounts receivable, ensuring accurate reconciliation and financial reporting.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Possesses a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus.

• Demonstrates a minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in accounts receivable and credit management, ideally within the food industry.

• Exhibits a strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP) and financial reporting.
