Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Screen and prioritize incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, providing responses on behalf of the direct manager when appropriate.
  • Prepare, review, and refine official documents, reports, and presentations with minimal supervision.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters.
  • Coordinate high-level meetings, prepare comprehensive agendas, and track follow-up actions to closure.
  • Organize virtual and in-person meetings, ensuring seamless execution and stakeholder alignment.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships across departments, senior leadership, and external partners.
  • Support recruitment processes by coordinating interview schedules, preparing recommendation sheets, and liaising with HR.
  • Maintain an efficient filing and documentation system while ensuring control and accuracy.
  • Ensure smooth daily operations of the office, including managing office supplies and equipment.
  • Support the planning and execution of key events, initiatives, and projects, providing logistical and administrative leadership.
  • Monitor the progress of assigned projects, providing updates and reports as needed.
  • Undertake various duties as assigned by line manager.

Job Requirements:

Educational Qualifications:

- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

- Certification in office administration is an advantage.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with scheduling software and virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams).
  • High level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Desired Candidate Profile
