Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Your tasks
Support Management, Design and Strategy
- Participate in defining, improving and adjusting the support strategy
- Maintain and improve the good relationship between the various support stakeholders, at both group and local levels.
- To propose and implement short- and medium-term actions aimed at improving the quality of service provided to customers, while respecting budgets and deadlines
- Facilitating Problem Management and Root Cause Analysis workshops
- Train and supervise the technical support team in incident resolution
Transition of services
- Supporting project teams to prepare for the operational rollout of the group's new infrastructure solutions and components
- Implementation of SLAs, processes and support diagrams
- Orchestration, automation and industrialization of support processes
- Change management
- Knowledge base management
Technology watch
- Follow best practices in networking and systems
- Propose continuous improvements to infrastructure performance and security
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications
- Graduate of an engineering school or a technical university program
- Proven experience (3 to 7 years) in network and systems administration, ideally in a software-based IT environment
- Proficiency in network technologies: TCP/IP, VLAN, OSPF, BGP, DNS, DHCP
- Excellent knowledge of network equipment: Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto
- Experience with monitoring tools: Zabbix
- Good foundation in network security (firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPN, SSL)
- Knowledge of systems and virtualization: Linux, VMware
- Additional skills: SSO, CFT, storage
- Knowledge of scripting (Python, Bash) is appreciated.
