Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
This is a hands-on engineering role focused on designing, building, and deploying end-to-end agentic AI solutions, with a strong emphasis on voice and contact-centre use cases.
You will work across the full lifecycle, from architecture and prototyping through to secure, scalable production deployment. The role requires someone comfortable operating in fast-moving AI environments, navigating evolving frameworks, and staying close to the code while contributing to technical direction.
You ll play a key role in building robust multi-agent systems that integrate seamlessly with enterprise platforms.
Responsibilities
- Design and ship end-to-end agentic AI solutions, particularly across voice and contact-centre environments
- Build and maintain systems using modern AI frameworks such as LangChain, LiveKit Agents, and Pipecat
- Develop RAG pipelines, tool integrations, and multi-agent orchestration systems
- Implement secure, scalable, production-ready deployments
- Contribute to architectural decisions while remaining hands-on in engineering execution
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements
- Strong experience building LLM-powered applications in production environments
- Proven experience with multi-agent orchestration, tool calling, and state management
- Exposure to voice systems, including ASR/TTS, IVR, and CRM integrations (highly valuable)
- Solid cloud, DevOps, and MLOps fundamentals
- Experience operating in fast-moving, evolving AI ecosystems
