IntraIntel is a B2B enterprise AI SaaS platform building a unified, multi-tenant AI system that replaces fragmented “AI in pockets” with a single, secure, agent-driven platform.

We serve healthcare, clinical trials, pharmaceuticals, finance, manufacturing, and government customers by deploying AI voice agents, WhatsApp agents, chatbots, and intelligent automation connected securely to enterprise data, without moving or duplicating that data.

Our platform is built on agentic AI, RAG architectures, LLM orchestration, and cloud-native infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), with strong emphasis on security, compliance, and enterprise-grade delivery.

Role Summary

We are looking for a Senior AI Developer who is passionate about building real-world, production-grade AI agents. This role goes beyond experimentation, you will design, build, and scale AI voice agents, WhatsApp agents, and enterprise chatbots, securely integrating them with customer systems and complex business rules.

You will work closely with solution architects, product managers, security teams, and junior developers, and play a key role in converting enterprise workflows and regulatory logic (especially healthcare and clinical trials) into intelligent AI agents.

Key Responsibilities

AI Agent Development

• Design and build AI voice agents, WhatsApp agents, and chatbots for enterprise use cases.

• Convert complex enterprise workflows, business rules, and compliance logic into intelligent AI agents.

• Implement RAG pipelines and multi-agent workflows using modern LLM frameworks.

• Work with multiple LLM providers (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, Grok, open-source models) and select the right model per use case.

Enterprise Data Integration

• Securely connect AI agents to enterprise internal data sources (databases, document repositories, APIs, cloud storage).

• Implement context-aware AI responses without data leakage or cross-tenant exposure.

• Design data ingestion, indexing, and retrieval pipelines using vector databases and structured data stores.

Cloud & Platform Engineering (GCP-Focused)

• Build and deploy AI services on Google Cloud Platform, including:

• Cloud Run

• GKE (as needed)

• Vertex AI

• BigQuery, Cloud SQL, Firestore

• Design scalable, cost-efficient, and fault-tolerant AI services.

• Work with DevOps to support CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and safe deployments.

Security & Compliance

• Build AI solutions aligned with SOC 2 controls, cloud security best practices, and data privacy requirements.

• Understand and implement secure access patterns, secrets management, logging, and audit trails.

• Ensure AI agents comply with healthcare and clinical trial requirements (HIPAA-aligned design, auditability, traceability).

Full-Stack & API Collaboration

• Develop and consume REST / GraphQL APIs to integrate AI agents with frontend applications and enterprise systems.

• Work comfortably across backend services and frontend integration flows, understanding how AI impacts UX.

• Collaborate with UI/UX teams to ensure AI features are usable, explainable, and reliable.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

• Mentor and guide junior AI developers and engineers.

• Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and architectural discussions.

• Work in an Agile delivery model, contributing to sprint planning, backlog refinement, and demos.

• Collaborate closely with product managers, solution architects, and security teams to deliver production-ready solutions.
