Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

AI Agents, Voice & Multimodal Systems Architect, build, and deploy AI agents, voice assistants, and multimodal AI workflows (text, PDF, images, audio, video). Design autonomous agents for task execution, orchestration, and decision-making across business operations. Implement STT/TTS + LLM logic voice agent systems and integrate them into real workflows. AI Application Development (Backend & APIs) Build scalable FastAPI-based AI backends, APIs, and microservices for production use. Develop and maintain AI application services using Python frameworks (FastAPI primary; Flask/Django as needed). Implement secure, observable, and maintainable services suitable for enterprise and high-traffic environments. GenAI, RAG & Knowledge Systems Design and implement RAG systems, document Q&A, enterprise search, and knowledge assistants. Work with embeddings, fine-tuning approaches, and vector databases (e.g., Pinecone/Chroma/FAISS) for retrieval and ranking. Build pipelines using frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face Transformers (or equivalent). Automation, Orchestration & Pipelines Automate workflows across CRM/CMS/product and internal systems using tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make, and orchestration tools like Airflow/Celery. Create end-to-end automated pipelines that reduce manual work and improve speed, reliability, and operational quality. Cloud, DevOps & Deployment Deploy, monitor, and maintain cloud-hosted AI/ML systems on AWS / Azure / GCP. Containerize and ship services using Docker, and manage scalable deployments with Kubernetes / serverless where appropriate. Implement CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins. Ensure reliability with monitoring, logging, load balancing, and rollout strategies. Collaboration & Architecture Collaborate with leadership on AI architecture, tooling choices, and automation strategy. Participate in technical planning, estimation, documentation, and code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education & Experience Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, ML, Data Science, or a related field. 2–5+ years building GenAI applications and automation workflows (hands-on). 5+ years (preferred) deploying ML models, pipelines, and cloud-based AI applications end-to-end. Core Technical Skills Strong Python engineering skills and ML stack experience (scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow). Practical experience with LLMs, embeddings, fine-tuning concepts, and vector databases (Pinecone/Chroma/FAISS or similar). Strong knowledge and implementation experience in RAG, document Q&A, and enterprise search patterns. Experience with GenAI tooling such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face Transformers (or equivalent). Experience building multi-agent systems (e.g., crewAI / agent frameworks / orchestration patterns). Automation & Systems Mindset Proven ability to design autonomous agents and workflow automations that ship into production. Experience integrating AI systems into business tools and operational pipelines (CRM/CMS/internal platforms). Strong understanding of asynchronous task processing and orchestration (Celery/Airflow or similar). Cloud & Deployment Hands-on cloud deployment experience on AWS / Azure / GCP. Strong DevOps fundamentals: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, monitoring, API gateways, and scalable architecture patterns. Ability to deploy production ML pipelines (training → serving → monitoring) with reliability and observability. Soft Skills & Ownership Strong problem-solving and debugging skills with a production-first mindset. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally (product/ops/engineering). High ownership: capable of designing architecture, selecting tools, and delivering end-to-end systems independently.
