Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of sophisticated AI-driven decision systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic vision.

  • Possesses a Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in theoretical and practical AI.
  • Holds relevant certifications such as those from AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure, indicating expertise in cloud-based AI solutions.
  • Demonstrates 7+ years of industry experience in AI/ML, showcasing a proven track record of successfully delivering AI-powered products.
  • Exhibits a deep understanding of the financial services industry, including its regulations, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Demonstrates fluency in English, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with international teams and stakeholders.
  • Possesses strong programming skills in Python, with experience in relevant libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
  • Exhibits expertise in model building, model evaluation, model deployment, and MLOps practices, ensuring a robust and scalable AI infrastructure.
