Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy advanced AI models and algorithms to optimize healthcare management processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-driven solutions into existing software platforms.
  • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of AI projects, from ideation and prototyping to production deployment and monitoring.
  • Analyze large-scale healthcare datasets to extract actionable insights and improve service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain scalable machine learning pipelines for billing, denial management, and credentialing workflows.
  • Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and healthcare technology to inform solution development.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and knowledge sharing.
  • Ensure AI solutions comply with healthcare regulations and data privacy standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, success metrics, and deliverables.
  • Continuously monitor, evaluate, and optimize AI models for performance, accuracy, and reliability.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in AI engineering, machine learning, or data science roles.
  • Proven track record of deploying AI/ML models in production environments.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages.
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
  • Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering best practices.
  • Ability to work onsite in a collaborative, fast-paced office environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working in the healthcare industry or with healthcare data is a plus.
