Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement RAG pipelines using LangChain, LlamaIndex, or custom orchestration.
  • Combine vector search (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS) with LLM completions to power chat, smart search, and summarization.
  • Develop and test prompt strategies, tool/function calling flows, and chaining logic for multi-step user interactions.
  • Optimize LLM services for latency, cost, context length, and relevance.
  • Train, fine-tune, or integrate models for classification, price prediction, NLP, and fraud detection.
  • Analyze user behavior and property listing data to enhance recommendation systems and agent-user matching.
  • Enable multi-modal intelligence, including voice recognition (ASR) and image-based tagging/classification.
  • Collaborate with backend and cloud engineers to build and maintain data pipelines using AWS Glue, Athena, RDS, S3, and Pinecone.
  • Engineer features, validate data quality, and define KPIs to track AI model and system performance.
  • Work with structured (RDS, CSV), semi-structured (JSON), and vector-based (embeddings) data formats.
  • Package AI workflows into APIs or microservices in coordination with backend teams.
  • Deploy models and services on AWS ECS, Lambda, or SageMaker, based on workload requirements.
  • Conduct A/B testing, monitor outcomes, and iterate features based on technical and product feedback.
  • Contribute to the product roadmap with technical strategy and insights.

Job Summary: We are seeking a versatile and experienced Senior AI/ML Engineer to lead the design and deployment of AI-powered features on our next-generation real estate platform. Your focus will span LLM-based systems, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, and applied machine learning models to enable intelligent features such as semantic search, summarization, voice and image understanding, fraud detection, and user personalization.

You’ll collaborate closely with backend engineers, product leads, and cloud architects to ensure secure, scalable AI integration across both serverless and microservices-based infrastructure.

This role requires a strong research-to-production mindset, the ability to orchestrate production-grade AI workflows, and hands-on expertise with cloud-native AI tools and frameworks.

  • Hands-on with Python, LangChain, and cloud-based AI deployments (AWS preferred).
  • Ability to collaborate across product, backend, and cloud architecture teams.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with voice/image AI models (e.g., Whisper, AssemblyAI, Rekognition).
  • Open mindset to lead AI development in a cutting-edge real estate platform.
  • Full ownership of RAG/LLM integration, smart features, and applied ML.
