Senior AI Product Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage a multi-quarter roadmap aligned with team objectives. Define clear problem statements, prioritize effectively, establish success metrics, and balance trade-offs.
• Build evaluation frameworks, feedback loops, and human-in-the-loop QA processes while ensuring data consent, privacy, and auditability.
• Implement and maintain safeguards for PII and content moderation, ensure jailbreak resistance, and maintain alignment with privacy and data protection laws.
• Define model strategies and design systems involving RAG, prompt engineering, fallback mechanisms, caching, and rate-limiting policies.
• Monitor KPIs such as latency, response quality, safety incidents, cost efficiency, user engagement, and ROI. Conduct offline and online A/B tests to improve outcomes.
• Partner closely with these teams to deliver high-quality, user-focused UI and UX features on schedule.
• Write detailed PRDs with clear acceptance criteria and well-phased feature delivery plans.
• Define and track product KPIs, set up reporting systems, and present insights during business reviews.
• Uphold standards of privacy, security, compliance, data quality, and auditability across all initiatives.
• Coordinate effectively with Growth and Commercial teams to manage risks and ensure alignment on objectives.
