700Apps is actively seeking a talented and experienced Senior AI Scientist to join our esteemed team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for advancing our artificial intelligence initiatives through rigorous research, model development, and the application of cutting-edge technologies. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct extensive research in artificial intelligence and machine learning to develop state-of-the-art models that can be applied to various domains within the organization.
  • Design and implement robust AI algorithms and frameworks, ensuring scalability and efficiency in model performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, software developers, and business analysts to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Lead the development of advanced proofs of concept (POCs) and prototypes to demonstrate the potential of AI technologies to stakeholders.
  • Evaluate and refine existing models, implementing best practices to enhance their accuracy and reliability.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in AI research, providing thought leadership and insights to the team and the organization.
  • Document methodologies, findings, and insights to foster knowledge sharing and ensure reproducibility of results.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field, with a strong research background.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in designing and developing AI models, particularly in natural language processing and large-scale machine learning applications.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and R, along with extensive experience using AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
  • Strong understanding of statistical analysis, data mining techniques, and computational methods.
