Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are hiring in Cairo,Alex and Ain el Sokhna

  • Manage the complete aluminum works lifecycle: planning, execution, and delivery
  • Coordinate with technical office, site engineers, and subcontractors
  • Review and approve shop drawings, materials, and project specifications
  • Ensure timely and high-quality execution as per project scope and standards
  • Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and internal departments
  • Monitor project budgets, handle variations, and issue regular progress reports
  • Ensure compliance with all technical and safety standards related to fa ade systems
  • Lead and mentor project teams, subcontractors, and site workers to achieve project objectives.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field is preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in aluminum-related project management
  • In-depth knowledge of aluminum systems such as:
  • Curtain walls
  • Cladding
  • Skylights
  • Doors & Windows
  • Handrails
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within time and budget
  • Familiarity with shop drawings, technical submittals, and project planning
  • Self-driven and able to work effectively at project sites
