SENIOR ANALYST - ENTERPRISE SYSTEMS (Oracle Fusion,) Gulf Air

MAIN DUTIES

1. Providing technical and functional support for enterprise systems, ensuring their smooth operation.

2. Managing and executing projects related to system upgrades, enhancements, and new implementations.

3. Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

4. Developing and maintaining Oracle Apex applications and internally developed ASP.net applications.

5. Administering and supporting SharePoint applications, Power Automate, and Power Flow solutions.

6. Ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance across all enterprise systems.

7. Troubleshooting and resolving system issues in a timely manner.

8. Providing training and support to end-users to maximize system utilization.

9. Documenting system configurations, processes, and procedures for future reference.

Education & Experience

A Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in supporting and managing enterprise systems.

Strong knowledge of HRMS systems, with additional expertise in Oracle Fusion, HCM, Finance, Purchasing, and Oracle EBS considered a plus.

Experience in developing Oracle Apex applications and ASP.net applications.

Experience in SharePoint applications, Power Automate, and Power Flow considered a plus.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Oracle certifications) are a plus.
