Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
As a Senior Android Automotive Developer, the primary purpose of this role is to lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced Android-based solutions within automotive systems. This includes creating robust software architecture, contributing to feature and service development, and ensuring high-quality software delivery through deep analysis, troubleshooting, and strategic collaboration. The role also involves translating complex customer requirements into technical solutions, supervising implementation efforts, and participating in key strategic decisions in alignment with project goals and timelines. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the Senior Developer plays a pivotal role in resolving system issues and driving innovation within the Android Automotive domain.
- Participate in strategic decisions together with the project Management
- Create software architecture Take part in customer requirements analysis
- Contribute to the design and development of new features and services
- Participate in the analysis, diagnosis and troubleshooting of the complex parts of automotive software system Supervise and implement the developed software concepts
- Cooperate with other teams to follow up issues resolutions
- Must have 3+ years of experience in software development AOSP or Android Automotive knowledge
- Experience with Android Studio, Java, and Kotlin Experience in source control tools like Git,repo
- Experience with connectivity (WiFi/ Bluetooth), multimedia or audio domain
- Nice to have Android Auto or carplay
- Experience Knowledge of common and mobile architecture
- Experience in the use of JIRA/Confluence/Gerrit/GitHub in product development
- Understanding of Agile Software development
- Experience with network log analysis (eg. Wireshark)
- Experience with native code (C++), crash analysis
- Strong spoken and written English
Desired Candidate Profile
