The selected bidder must provide a Full-Time Senior Android Developer. The candidate must meet the following requirements: Must have a Bachelor’s Degree Experience: 10+ years of experience in developing enterprise grade applications addressing full software development experience in developing applications for Android platforms and other Platform independent frameworks. Skill Sets Required: Required strong Analytical and problem-solving skills Proficient in Kotlin, Java, the Android Framework, and Android Jetpack. Experience with Android SDK, Android Studio, and other development tools. Expertise in respective specific APIs, UI toolkits, SDKs and simulators. Experience with mobile architecture patterns, such as MVP and MVVM. Expertise in code obfuscation techniques and tools, including ProGuard and DexGuard. Monitoring app reviews to detect areas for improvement. Proficient in code versioning tools including Git or equivalent. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Responsibilities: Would manage medium/large IT integration projects involving several teams and apps. To create Healthcare related Apps under Android and other Platform independent frameworks. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create user-friendly interfaces. Would require to working on multiple tasks/projects simultaneously. Integrate healthcare data APIs and services into Android applications.

Develop project integration plans and provide input as appropriate to key project processes. Provide general product development and deployment support as a team. Provide first level app testing and validation support for mobile apps Debug and troubleshoot production issues. Ensure applications meet healthcare data security and compliance standards. Provide first level platform support to customer team for their mobile app integration issues. Stay updated with the latest Android development trends and technologies. Design and maintain technical and project documentation in MOH defined environment.
