Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Administer and maintain enterprise and business-critical applications to ensure availability, performance, and security.

Manage user access, roles, configurations, and application parameters in line with IT and security policies.

Monitor application performance and proactively identify and resolve issues.

Lead and support implementation of new applications, modules, upgrades, and enhancements.

Coordinate with vendors, business users, and internal IT teams during requirements, testing, UAT, and go-live phases.

Support change management and release activities with minimal business disruption.

Manage application licenses, renewals, support contracts, and maintenance agreements.

Liaise with vendors on incidents, escalations, patches, and roadmap planning.

Support evaluation and onboarding of new applications and solutions.

Provide Level 2/3 application support for functional and technical issues.

Act as an escalation point for complex and recurring incidents.

Ensure SLAs and service delivery standards are met.

Maintain application documentation, SOPs, user guides, and support runbooks.

Ensure compliance with internal policies, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.

Support audit and compliance reviews by providing required system evidence.
