Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Regularly monitor application performance and health to ensure reliability and optimal functionality.

  • Diagnose and resolve application issues reported by users in a timely manner, utilizing strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Provide end-user support and training, guiding users on application functionalities and best practices.
  • Work with developers and IT teams to implement software updates, enhance application features, and resolve complex application problems.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of application configurations, support processes, and technical specifications.
  • Test new application releases and changes to ensure they meet business requirements before deployment.
  • Identify opportunities for improving application performance and user experience, implementing changes as necessary.
  • Manage and prioritize application-related incidents, escalating issues when necessary to ensure timely resolution.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

4+ years of experience in application support roles.

Strong knowledge of application monitoring tools and ticketing systems.

Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving application-related issues.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with users and stakeholders.

Familiarity with software development methodologies and collaboration with development teams is preferred.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
