Roles & Responsibilities

Job Title: Senior Architect DesignerQualifications: Graduate / Engineering Graduates/PG
Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end design and execution of real estate projectsPrepare architectural plans, technical drawings, and documentationCoordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and authoritiesManage authority approvals and ensure compliance with regulationsSupervise site execution and quality controlMentor junior architects and design teams

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications: Graduate / Engineering Graduates/PG
Requirements:
Direct, hands-on experience working with real estate developers (non-negotiable)
Proven experience in high-rise residential or large-scale developmentsStrong technical knowledge, documentation skills, and stakeholder coordinationImmediate or short-notice joiners preferredExcellent communication and project management skills
