Roles & Responsibilities


  • Lead the architectural design process, ensuring innovative and sustainable solutions that align with client objectives and regulatory requirements.

  • Conduct thorough site analyses and feasibility studies to assess potential risks, site conditions, and environmental impacts on architectural designs.

  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, contractors, and stakeholders, to ensure seamless project execution and adherence to timelines.

  • Oversee the preparation and submission of all necessary documentation for building permits and approvals, maintaining compliance with local codes and standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field from an accredited institution.

  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience within a reputable architectural firm, demonstrating a solid track record of successful project delivery.

  • Solid Experience in supervising large construction projects, especially Residential facilities for a consultant office (Mainly Pre-Cast Building).

  • Awareness of all the procedures, codes specifications, procedure of inspection, safety, quality control for all works related to finishes, doors and windows, wood works, thermal and moisture protection, and other specialties.

  • Able to read and propose modification to the plans and elevations as per the client requirements.

  • Expert in drafting software (SketchUp, 2D and 3D renderings, AutoCAD drawing, Revit, Photoshop, Lumion, Home Styler) and also in Microsoft office (PowerPoint, word, excel), and able to supervise drafting.

  • prepared to supervise and coordinate onsite activities.

  • should be able to review the shop drawings and give necessary recommendations.

  • should be able to quantify the works done by the contractor and prepare variation or change order accordingly.
