Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and approve architectural designs, drawings, and specifications. Lead architectural planning from concept design to project completion. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams. Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality, Civil Defense, and other relevant authorities. Handle authority submissions, approvals, and NOCs. Conduct site inspections to ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and standards. Resolve design and technical issues during construction. Ensure projects are delivered within timelines, budget, and quality standards. Provide technical guidance and leadership to junior architects and drafting teams.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture. Dubai Municipality Unlimited License (Mandatory). Minimum 10 years of experience in Dubai, preferably with large-scale residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects. Strong knowledge of UAE building codes, regulations, and authority procedures. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural software. Excellent coordination, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
