Responsibilities:

• Design and develop architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to client requirements, budget, and timeline.
• Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to gather project requirements and develop design proposals that meet functional, aesthetic, and

  regulatory standards.
• Utilize advanced software and design tools to create detailed architectural drawings, 3D models, and presentations for client review and approval.
• Submit regular progress reports, documenting key milestones, challenges, and solutions as per the Client's requirements.
• Proactively identify and resolve design and construction issues, recommending efficient solutions to minimize time and cost impacts.
• Review and approve contractor submittals, ensuring adherence to project specifications and quality standards.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to integrate innovative design concepts and sustainable solutions into architectural projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree or more in Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 15+ years of experience in architectural engineering consultancy, with a focus on hospitality projects.
• Excellent knowledge of engineering systems, technologies, principles, codes, and practices.
• Ability to identify problems and develop innovative solutions with detail-oriented analytical approach.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
• Excellent English Language skills.
• Willingness to relocate, if required.
• Must have a Valid SCE Membership (Professional or Consultant).
