Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop innovative architectural concepts for event spaces, pavilions, and temporary installations that align with client branding and event goals.

Create compelling mood boards, sketches, and 3D models to communicate the vision.

Produce detailed plans, elevations, construction drawings, and renderings using industry-standard software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).

Lead architectural projects from concept to handover, managing timelines, budgets, and resources.

Conduct site surveys to assess spatial constraints and possibilities.

Work closely with event planners, production teams, lighting designers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of architecture with all event elements.

Source and manage external fabricators, suppliers, and installation crews.

Oversee on-site construction to ensure adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture. Masters is a plus

3+ years of architectural experience, with a significant portfolio focused on events and exhibitions.

Advanced skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. Experience with 3D visualization tools is highly desirable.

Advanced rendering experience in Lumion and Twin motion

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
