Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Analyze and verify the execution documents provided by the design offices (plans, details, technical sheets).
  • Identify inconsistencies, errors or omissions that could impact the successful completion of the project.
  • Produce internal technical assessments to anticipate critical points and suggest adjustments.
  • Assist work teams in reading plans, deciphering complex details and complying with architectural requirements.
  • Check on site the architectural conformity of the works (quality of finishes, compliance with materials, alignments, volumes).
  • Provide a technical interface with the design office, the synthesis office and the site manager.
  • Participate in internal site meetings, report identified problems and propose technical solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable standards in hospital buildings (hygiene, safety, accessibility, clean/dirty circuits


  • Training: Diploma in Architecture (mandatory)
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience, including at least 2 to 5 years on hospital or medico-social projects

Comp tences techniques:

  • Matrix of standards and regulations related to health care facilities (public health, hygiene, care, accessibility, circulation, etc.)
  • Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, etc.)
  • Ability to manage design phases, monitor execution and communicate with project owners/project managers/engineering consultants
