Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Create innovative design concepts for projects.
  • Prepare all design plans for presentation to clients.
  • Create 3D/2D models and renderings to help clients visualize designs.
  • Provide interior design mode board and concept and deliver it with high-end rendering.
  • Create detailed drawings and specifications for construction and installation.
  • Prepare project documents ( shop drawings, BOQ, etc.).
  • Set project estimates according to budget.
  • Ability to plan, prioritize and organize simultaneous assignments and work under tight deadlines.
  • Teamwork abilities and working collaboratively with staff members.
  • BSc/MA degree in Architecture / Interior Design.
  • Experience from 4 to 7 years.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and 3d visualization.
  • Proficiency in Related Programs AutoCAD , 3d max (V RayCorona) , Lumion, Revit , SketchUp, Photoshop , Adobe Illustrator ,MS Office.
  • Experience in work of BOQ.
  • Highly aware Materials Types & Specifications.
  • Mastering in shop drawings and techniques of Finishing works.
