Senior Architect RAQ Contracting Company LLC

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Architect to lead architectural design, coordination, and execution for civil construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, a deep understanding of UAE authority requirements, and the ability to manage architectural works from concept through project completion.

• Lead architectural design development and ensure compliance with project requirements, local codes, and authority regulations.
• Review, prepare, and approve architectural drawings, details, shop drawings, and material submittals.
• Coordinate with consultants, engineers, subcontractors, and internal project teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Manage authority submissions, approvals, permits, and NOCs (DM, DDA, Trakhees, etc.).
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve design-related issues, and provide technical clarifications.
• Review RFIs and provide timely responses to contractors and consultants.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and contractual requirements.
• Participate in design meetings, coordination meetings, and client presentations.
• Oversee architectural aspects during project close-out and as-built documentation.
