Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a Senior Architect with 8 to 10 years of experience to lead projects from concept to execution.
This role requires a hybrid mindset: strong design vision combined with deep technical and site experience. You will oversee the full life cycle of projects, ensuring design intent is maintained through construction.
Key Responsibilities
- Design Leadership
- Lead architectural design from concept to detailed design
- Develop strong, contextual architectural narratives (especially within Beirut urban fabric)
- Ensure high-quality outputs: plans, elevations, 3D visuals, and presentations
- Maintain a balance between aesthetic ambition and constructability
- Technical & Execution Oversight
- Produce and review detailed drawings, specifications, and BOQs
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and site teams
- Ensure design compliance with Lebanese regulations and codes
- Resolve technical issues during construction while preserving design intent
- Design-Build Integration
- Bridge the gap between design and construction teams
- Value-engineer projects without compromising quality
- Participate in material selection, mockups, and site approvals
- Monitor execution quality on site (finishes, façade detailing, etc.)
Technical Skills
- Advanced proficiency in:
- AutoCAD / Revit
- 3ds Max / V-Ray or Corona (or equivalent visualization tools)
- Strong knowledge of:
- Shop drawings and construction detailing
- BOQs and specifications
- Site coordination workflows
Key Competencies
- Strong design sensibility + technical rigor.
- Ability to think both conceptually and practically.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on high-end execution.
- Ability to handle pressure and complex project constraints.
- Experience with façade-driven architecture.
- Strong visualization and presentation skills.
- Site experience in Lebanon or similar markets.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Architecture.
Minimum 8 years of professional experience, preferably in design & build.
Strong portfolio demonstrating built projects.
Deep understanding of construction methods, detailing, and materials.
Experience in high-end residential and mixed-use projects.
