Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prepare working drawings, technical details, and construction documentation.
  • Create 3D visualizations, renderings, and presentations for internal and client use.
  • Draft plans, elevations, and sections with high accuracy and clarity. Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants to ensure seamless integration of technical solutions.
  • Coordinate with consultants to incorporate technical inputs into drawings.
  • Support the design team in developing and refining concepts.
  • Conduct site visits to review construction progress
  • Research materials, products, and construction methods to support design decisions.
  • Ensure all drawings meet relevant building codes, standards, and project requirements.
  • Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams to solve design and technical challenges.
  • Assist with tender documentation and submission packages.


Desired Candidate Profile

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in Architecture (B.Arch or equivalent).
  • 3-5years of professional architectural experience, preferably in a technical or execution-focused role.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software.
  • Strong understanding of building codes, construction detailing, and documentation standards.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to design quality. Experience with BIM workflows.
