Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead the architectural design process for large-scale residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects from concept through completion.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, contractors, and project managers, to ensure cohesive project delivery.
- Develop and review detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications in compliance with local regulations and international standards.
- Oversee site inspections and provide technical guidance during construction phases to ensure design integrity and quality execution.
- Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements, present design proposals, and incorporate feedback effectively.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring milestones are met within established parameters.
- Mentor and supervise junior architects and design staff, fostering professional growth and maintaining high-quality output.
- Conduct feasibility studies and site analyses to inform design decisions and optimize project outcomes.
- Stay current with industry trends, materials, and technologies to integrate innovative solutions into architectural projects.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders, including internal leadership and external partners, to communicate design concepts and progress.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years and up to 6 years of professional experience in architectural design and project management.
- Proven track record in delivering complex architectural projects, preferably within the real estate or construction sector.
- Strong proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
- Comprehensive knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and international standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience in leading site inspections and providing technical oversight during construction.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work full-time, on-site, and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving work environment.
