Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead the architectural design process for interior and exterior projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company standards.
- Develop detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications using advanced design software.
- Oversee project execution from concept through completion, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams including engineers, designers, and production staff.
- Conduct site visits to assess progress, ensure quality control, and resolve any design or construction issues.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, provide expert consultation, and present design proposals.
- Review and approve architectural plans, ensuring compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and sustainability guidelines.
- Mentor and guide junior architects and designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver projects within scope and on schedule.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to integrate innovative solutions into projects.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- 5-7 years of professional experience in architectural design, preferably within the interior design or construction industry.
- Proven track record of managing and delivering complex architectural projects from concept to completion.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural design software.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
