Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of architectural solutions that align with business objectives, ensuring scalability and performance.
  • Liaise with Company stakeholders, consultant and contractors
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish design standards and best practices that enhance project efficiency and quality.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of existing systems and identify opportunities for improvement and modernization.
  • Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the team.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable architectural designs and roadmaps.
  • Organize/manage design review meetings, workshops and reports during design phases
  • Create detailed architectural documentation, including system blueprints, design specifications, and deployment plans.
  • Oversee the implementation of architectural solutions, ensuring adherence to design principles and project timelines.
  • Facilitate architecture review sessions to ensure alignment with organizational goals and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Drive the architectural governance process, ensuring all projects comply with established quality and security standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience within a Consultancy / Construction background in the Middle East in architecture with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
  • Experienced in AutoCAD, Adobe, Revit and BIM implementation process
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of managing teams and driving projects to successful completion.
  • Cultural fit with a collaborative mindset, showing adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus for global collaboration.
