Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the concept design, schematic design, and design development phases for medium to large-scale projects.
• Manage project timelines and resources to ensure high-quality and cost-efficient delivery.
• Collaborate directly government authorities (including Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, and DDA), and all project stakeholders to ensure full regulatory compliance and alignment with client visions.
• Develop compelling architectural proposals and presentations for client and authority approvals.
• Supervise and mentor junior architects, BIM modelers, and design teams to maintain ARACO s standards of excellence.
• Oversee the production of complete, high-quality technical documentation, including working drawings and detailed specifications, ensuring compliance with Dubai Building Codes and applicable regulations.
• Integrate sustainable design practices (LEED , Green Buildings or equivalent) and latest technological innovations into project designs.
• Implement and oversee BIM Modeling workflows using Revit to enhance design coordination, efficiency, and clash detection across disciplines.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure the built environment reflects the approved design intent and quality expectations.
• Stay updated with regional and global trends in architecture, sustainability, smart building technologies, and regulatory updates

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor s Degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 10 years of hands-on architectural design experience, including at least 6 years in the UAE market with familiarity in local codes and approval processes.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating successful delivery of complex projects from concept through construction.
• Proficiency in Revit and BIM workflows is mandatory.
• Excellent command of AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and other visualization tools.
• Solid understanding of UAE authority requirements (Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, DDA, Nakheel, etc.).
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
