Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of architects, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
  • Oversee the design and development of large-scale, high-end hospitality and residential projects.
  • Collaborate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and exceeded.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Utilize strong technical knowledge and proficiency in Revit to develop detailed drawings and documentation.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to design intent and quality standards.
  • Provide innovative design solutions and recommendations to enhance project outcomes.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment within the team.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulations to ensure compliance and innovation.
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients and project stakeholders, addressing concerns and providing updates as needed.

Desired Candidate Profile

Candidate criteria:
  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in architecture, with at least 5 years of UAE experience working on large-scale, high-end hospitality and residential projects.
  • Proficiency in Revit and other relevant design software.
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
  • Proven experience leading and managing a team.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality design and execution.
  • Flexibility to travel to project sites as needed.
  • UAE driving license is essential.
