Senior Architect

Coordinate and lead the assigned team of Architects and Technicians (Draughtsman) on a day-to-day basis and ensure that design excellence is achieved throughout

Responsible for the correctness, accuracy and complete multi-disciplinary coordination of the design documentation prepared by the assigned team

Coordinate and develop responses to review comments, tender queries, contractor's queries

Responsible, with guidance from senior team members, for the preparation and compilation of design presentations and design reports

Proficiency in preparing specifications is an asset

Awareness of BIM approach (Clash analysis, 4D, 5D, nD) is an asset

Appreciate the teamworking and able to collaboratively work within multidisciplinary and multi-cultural team

Qualities and Skills Required

Architectural degree is a must (B. Arch)

Minimum 10 years post graduate experience (min. 7 years in preparing detailed design & tender documents)

Excellent command of English (written and spoken)

Extensive project experience, developed leadership, communication & presentation skills

Cordial relationships with clients and stakeholders

Understanding of scope definition and scope interface

Proficiency in AutoCAD and REVIT, word processing and presentation programs
