Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Minimum of 10 years of professional experience post-graduation.
Strong knowledge of building codes and regulatory standards; familiarity with IBC and U.S. codes is considered an advantage.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is required.
Strong technical coordination and communication skills.
Experience working within a BIM-driven workflow environment.
Proven ability to independently deliver SD, DD, and CD packages
Demonstrated expertise in building systems, construction detailing, and interdisciplinary coordination
Experience leading coordination across consultants and engineering disciplines
Strong understanding of all phases of architectural documentation and delivery
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proven ability to manage consultant coordination
Strong organizational skills and an ability to manage multiple priorities with clients, consultants, and authorities having jurisdiction.
Desired Candidate Profile
