Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description
-Lead and manage architectural design stages from concept to detailed design
-Review and validate design drawings, BOQs, and technical documentation
-Coordinate with internal departments and external consultants
-Ensure all designs comply with local regulations and client requirements
-Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members
-Follow up on project deliverables to ensure timely and high-quality output
Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
-Minimum 8 years of experience in architectural design
-Previous experience within real estate developers or construction companies is a must
-Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and design tools
-Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
