Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams in the design and execution of large-scale landscape architecture projects
- Develop and present innovative design concepts to clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
- Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project delivery
- Collaborate with urban planners, civil engineers, and environmental specialists to create integrated design solutions
- Incorporate sustainable design practices and adhere to local environmental regulations
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development
- Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in landscape architecture
- Conduct site analyses and feasibility studies to inform design decisions
- Ensure design quality and consistency across all project phases
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships to drive business growth
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture
- Professional license or registration as a Landscape Architect
- Minimum 10 years of experience in landscape architecture, with a proven track record of leading complex projects
- Advanced proficiency in landscape design software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
- In-depth knowledge of sustainable design practices and environmental regulations
- Expertise in urban planning and design principles
- Familiarity with local flora, climate conditions, and environmental factors specific to Saudi Arabia
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
