Roles & Responsibilities

In this position, you will be responsible for managing various phases of the architectural process, including conceptual design, project development, and execution. You will collaborate closely with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure that project goals are met within timelines and budgets while adhering to local regulations and sustainability practices.

  • Strong portfolio reflecting innovative design solutions and successful project completions.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural design software.
  • Comprehensive understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and sustainability practices.
  • Excellent leadership capabilities, with a proven record of leading project teams.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail.
  • Experience working on projects within Saudi Arabia or the Middle East is preferred.
