As a Senior Architect, you will be entrusted with the design and development of high-profile architectural projects, blending your creative vision with your technical expertise to deliver outstanding structures. You will play a pivotal role in leading and mentoring a team of junior architects and designers, ensuring that every project is executed to the highest standards. Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of architectural projects from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into design concepts.
• Mentor and guide junior architects, fostering their development and growth.

• Ensure that all architectural designs comply with relevant codes and standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Valid architectural license is required to practice in the specific region.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
• Proven track record in leading and delivering high-profile architectural projects.
• Strong proficiency in CAD, BIM, and other architectural design software.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
