Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage complex architectural projects, ensuring high standards of design and implementation.
  • Collaborate with clients, consultants, and project teams to develop and refine architectural designs.
  • Create and present 3D/2D models and renderings to effectively communicate design intent.
  • Coordinate with other trades to resolve conflicts between architectural, structural, and MEP systems.
  • Ensure adherence to building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.
  • Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for construction purposes.
  • Lead site inspections and monitor construction progress to align with architectural plans.
  • Address technical queries from clients and contractors, providing timely solutions.
  • Review and approve shop drawings and submittals from contractors.
  • Engage in project planning and development, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.

Skills:

  • Experience in Commercial & residential projects.
  • Proficient in digital design software, including AutoCAD and 3D Max.
  • Good in English (written and spoken).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Desired Candidate Profile

Must have experience in Commercial & residential projects.

  • Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering.
  • Experience of 4 -12 years in architectural design and technical office roles.
