Senior Architect / Tender Drawings

Lead the preparation and development of comprehensive tender drawings and documentation for large-scale architectural projects.

• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure design intent is accurately translated into tender documents.
• Review and validate architectural drawings for compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.
• Oversee the integration of structural, MEP, and other consultant drawings into cohesive tender packages.
• Conduct quality assurance checks on all tender documentation prior to submission.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants to clarify design details and resolve technical queries during the tender phase.
• Manage timelines and deliverables to ensure all tender documentation is completed within project deadlines.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and drafting staff.
• Participate in value engineering exercises to optimize design solutions for cost-effectiveness and constructability.
• Stay updated on industry best practices, materials, and technologies relevant to tender documentation.

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in architectural design and tender documentation.
• Proven expertise in preparing and reviewing tender drawings for complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of local and international building codes and standards.
• Excellent coordination skills with multidisciplinary teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural design software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Experience working in an office-based environment.
• Ability to provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members.
